Post Body

Hi all,

So I joined my college course zoom call as normal today and whenever somebody has been speaking, I can see them talk but I can't actually hear anything. Nobody is muted, I have tested my speakers using the audio test feature in audio settings and that works fine, and I can play audio through my Lenovo Chromebook as normal for things like YouTube, Spotify, etc.

Has anybody else come across this issue or knows of a way to resolve it? There is zero help on the Zoom technical support pages and I cannot find any other instance of people having the same issue here as me. To say I am going insane because of this is an understatement - there is literally zero issue with my actual laptop, yet Zoom won't let me hear peoppe speak!

Many thanks in advance
