On April 30, 2021, the Marijuana Licensing Management System (MLMS) and Licensing Portals will be down for scheduled maintenance. Please see below for more information about this downtime and the impact it may have on your plans to purchase medical marijuana.

WHAT Scheduled system migration maintenance will occur from 6:00pm - 9:00pm on Friday, April 30th.

During this time, the following portals will be down and inaccessible for use:

Facility Licensing Portal Individual Licensing Portal Complaints Portal Verification Portal WHY To prepare for continued expansion and system performance expectations, an occasional migration activity is performed on the Salesforce platform. Executing organizational migrations allows us to continue to provide you with the same levels of performance you have come to expect in the MLMS, with minimal disruption.

IMPACTS TO YOU - IMPORTANT! This system downtime will impact all medical marijuana sales and activities performed in the Facility and Individual licensing portals. See below for a detailed list of activities impacted:

Patients and caregivers will NOT have the ability to login to the Individual Licensing Portal and will be met with a ‘Maintenance in Progress’ message. This means the following information will not be available during the maintenance period: Viewing of medical marijuana ID cards Accessing allotment amounts All application-related activities Visibility of all other portal information Facilities will NOT have the ability to login to the Facility Licensing Portal and will be met with a ‘Maintenance in Progress’ message. This means the following transactions cannot be completed during the maintenance period: All medical marijuana sales All employee-related activities All application-related activities Visibility of all other portal information Adult-Use of Marijuana Sales are NOT Impacted It is important to note that you will still be able to purchase adult-use marijuana during this time, as those transactions do not take place in the licensing portals.

We recommend planning in advance for this downtime, so it does not impact any plans you may have to purchase medical marijuana on Friday.
