Vapen carts

So I never really had problems with these vapen carts from herbal wellness until recently. I haven't really been able to enjoy them. It seems like even the tiniest hits are super harsh to the point that I don't even enjoy it. I literally just coughed out a bunch of boogies, got watery eyes and a runny nose from a regular hit. Could it be that I possibly need a new battery? The cart looks good but I don't know anymore
