Just picked up an ounce of this Indica dominant strain from The Nirvana Center in Cottonwood AZ, for 75bucks before tax. The only other strain I've had from "Summit" before this, was free Quarter oz of ATF (Alaskan Thunderfuck) that I received during my 4th visit to this same Nirvana location. While both of these pick-ups werent the prettiest looking batches of weed Ive seen, they were definitely worth the price, and out of a dry herb vape, they smoke just as well as some batches of AL/CC and Growsciences that Ive had. Here is my review with a couple of bud pics. I highly recommend for any budget smoker looking for an old school indica, kushy smelling, tasting and rather hard hitting strain for a great pricd.

Appearance - 6/10. This weed is far from winning any beauty contests. The nugs are small, darker olive green, with a few dark red/orange hairs here and there. Anyone who has been smoking for long knows of the not so spectacular looking nugs Im talking about..but looks can definitely be deceiving, and in this case, they are.

Smell - 8.5 Kushy, Gassy, yet sweet. Info Im finding online is saying this is a cross between OG Kush and a strain simply known as "Grape"...the terpene profile for this genetic combo is well-reflected and quite pronounced within this batch of flower.

Taste - 8.75 I tried this flower in joint form (a king sized Raw black), and was not the biggest fan of the flavor...but then again, Ive been using my Dynavap and occasionally a pax 3 for dry herb exclusively for several months..so I think my palate is no longer used to combusted flower, as Ive noticed this with other brands of flower as well...once I loaded this into a dynavap and vaped, it was a totally different story! The taste is quite similar to the smell. Starting with a kushy/gassy flavor at first, with fruity notes at the end/exhale.

High - 9/10 Definitely an old school indica kush type of high with this batch, as was expected with the genetics. Expect body sedation, couch lock, munchies and eventual and very restful sleep. Im an indica fan myself, so I was extremely happy with the effects delivered from this flower..

Overall, in terms of the best flower Ive ever smoked in my life (im 34years old, I started smoking regularly at about 13/14years old, so over 20years of overall cannabis experience) Id rate this at about an 8maybe8.5/10...but considering the price of admission, Id push that score definitely closer to a 9/10. At less than 10dollars an eighth, it doesnt get much better than this. If youre a fan of old school genetics, and dont care if your weed doesnt look like it will make the cover of High Times, then check this strain out, and keep an eye out for flowet and other products from Summit!

Oh, and the buds werent terribly dry, I mean they were lacking a bit of moisture, as is expected in this arid desert climate, but it wasnt bad at all...it came in mylar, but there wasnt much extra air in the mylar itself, which I think helped. Harvest date: 08/15/23
