Where do I get this fixed?

Bought this old Zippo at a flea market a while ago. As you can see in the pictures the top half of the Marlboro cowboy unfortunately fell off. Is there any place I can go or send it to to get this fixed and polished? Or how would you recommend me fixing this if that’s not an option?
