Hi everyone!
I've been to Zion once around 13 years ago and it was an incredible experience. I'm going once again with my fiancee over Labor Day weekend (she's never been before).
We've been thinking about doing Angel's Landing but have a couple of questions for park pros:
1.) Is the hike still worthwhile (e.g. are there stunning views/is it a good workout) even with the chain section to the top closed? Or would our time be better spent on another hike? We also plan to do the narrows. 2.) With the chain section closed, does the part of the trail that's open still have steep drop-offs and "dangerous" portions?
Thanks so much!
