How often do Zimbabweans read in general? Those who make plans, they always include a bar or would like to include a bar but not a library. How many books do you read per week/month/year?.l believe anyone akaiita 'O' level even if they didn't pass, but they can read. The reason why people go to school to learn to read and write ,it so that they can teach themselves things. Most Zimbabweans have let opportunities pass because their argument was it's not my field.l have always thought to myself,What if what you studied is not your purpose in life? Anyway the reason l am asking is, there are things that people should know which affect their communities. I used to argue with people about politics because l used to think why can't they see that the economy is not performing because of monetary and fiscal policies etc. It daunted on me that most probably 90% of Zimbabweans haven't done economics. One of the areas that people should learn at all cost is.
Economics
I am studying accounting myself but l taught myself the basics of programming because l realised l need to know computers. Feel free to add also any topics or subjects you think it's a must for people to know. I can add also
Agriculture Mining
And of course biography books like the one by Steve Jobs, very inspirational. I read one by Bill gates but it was too technical though.
