I feel a lot of Zimbabweans especially those that are educated are not innovative and creative enough. Or maybe it's the education that's misleading them where Zimbabweans are learning useless things. There are so many examples l can come up. Or maybe the government is also involved.

1) l used to wonder those who extend houses in high density like Chitungwiza, Budiriro, Highfields they all have one plan(Classroom houses)not even an open plan inside, l wondered how on earth a person with masters in architecture can't design a unique simple houseplan. It's only now with internet but still you have to tell them l want this plan.

2) why are our textbooks not in pdf form?eg this Mathematics textbooks by Matindike. And why they haven't been upgraded to include colourful presentation and simplify mathematics?

3) Yesterday l checked UZ website ooh may was l surprised, looked like a 1999 website made of html and a bit of CSS. I just wanted to check if UZ can offer short online courses like other universities now but it's still those traditional 4 year courses. Imagine if they can offer short courses for eg $100 introduction to python, excel, computer basics, business courses.

4)when l was in Zimbabwe l used to wonder why do those doctors who have surgeries not equipping their surgeries? A doctor will have 4 luxury cars yet he can't buy basic medical equipment. The only people who where better where the dentist. Is greediness? You pay $50 consultation fee yet the doctor can't give you ibobrufen or paracetamol or grandpa which costs ten cents?

5)if one person starts selling tomatoes the whole town will be selling tomatoes. Noone will think different.

6)l also wonder why parents could send their kids to mission schools which are expensive eg $500 per term and the conditions there are like Chikurubi, eating sadza and beans, with cold showers in the morning, better to do online Cambridge.

7) As for universities, UNISA can cost $1000 per year with 10 modules. Just saying.

People have degrees and masters yet they can't think basic common sense.

Like l said ,the list is too much
