I have been using a Zettelkasten for sometime now and I really enjoy all of the features it has. For the most part I have used it exclusively for personal research and notes. With the upcoming school year, I have considered using a system where I take notes in class on paper and then transcribing them into my main Zettelkasten. I believe that I may be able to draw connections between my personal research and my school notes and it may benefit me greatly. My only concern is that the school notes on menial topics (such as those I will learn for a test and later forget) will "pollute" my personal research and increase the amount of noise that exists in it, although I am not sure if this concern is even warranted. Has anyone had experience with using a Zettelkasten for personal and school work? Thanks.
