Discussion: What's your favorite way to carry water?

I have a trusty water bottle, it's a Camelbak, but it is getting a bit "crusty". Over the years I feel like I've been given and I've lost or ruined quite a few different water receptacles, most of which were fairly terrible. What do you folks like to use? Do you have a favorite water bottle brand? Did you re-purpose some other thing? How do you keep your water thing clean? Please feel free to share any tips or just chime in with your favorite brand of water bottle. Thanks.
