What does everyone else use? At this point Iām at a loss. I have a reusable cup that worked great but after I gave birth I was experiencing some vaginal prolapse (recommended kegels) kind of worked, just not when I had the cup in. I stopped using the cup and havenāt had any more issues so Iām scared to try a different cup. Iāve been using cloth period pads but the leeks are pretty bad, they never stay in place and always smell. Subsequently Iāve kept to home as much as possible when on my period but who wants to be trapped in there home once a month itās unreasonable. Maybe a different brand then Amazon would be better. Way back in the day I did the period underwear (3 different brands) all felt like a wet swimsuit in a bad way.
The worst offender I got desperate and tried the honey pot pads so much burning. MENTHOL your vaginal region BAD IDEA psa never again.
Cough well Iām going to shower and go work In my ugly sweats that hopefully donāt get more stained with blood because I cheeped out on cloth pads
S.O.S please send recommendations need to live like a normal human
I used to use the diva cup but I didnāt like the way it fit. So I switched to a brand I found on Etsy. It came with 2 cups - two different sizes and a bag to store them. It fits much better than the diva cup. I know people use and love the knixit cup. Its more like a pan. Everyoneās vagjayjay is a completely different shape. Testing a few will definitely help. Yes it sucks but better than missing your life each month.
I also do the double up. I have 7 knix period pads. All heavy flow but different cuts and colours. I have ādream shortsā for nighttime, itās like wearing an overnight pad in its shape. They are so comfortable and wash well. I can often use 1 for 2 days but if Iām dealing with heaviness, I have enough for 1-2 a day.
I hope you find success in this journey!
