Nvme drive disappearing?

Has anyone ever had issues with their secondary NvMe SSD just disappearing? Main c drive works fine. Installed my Samsung 980pro nvme ssd and it was working for about a week one day it disappeared. Took it out and put it back in and boom it’s there. A week later. Same thing. Anyone ever experienced this or have suggestions?
