GA502IV (2020) will not boot!

Struggling a bit here because my laptop will not boot. Have tried holding down the power button for 15 seconds and 60 seconds plus, but either way all that happens is the power lights come on and the fans spin, in addition to making a lot of heat. Nothing comes on screen, only the caps lock button lights up. Any ideas?
