Used 2021 RTX3070 vs. New 2022 RTX 3060

I am trying to decide on my first Twitch streaming laptop. I mainly plan to stream Switch games, but I do look forward to RE4 Remake.

I am stuck between these two options as they are the only ones within my budget available in my country.

Option 1: Used 2021 G15 for about $1240 Specs: CPU: 5900, GPU: RTX 3070, 16 RAM, 1TB storage

Option 2: New 2022 G15 for about $1472 Specs: CPU: 6800, GPU: RTX 3060, 16RAM, 512GB storage

Main concerns: 1. Warranty expiration on the 2021 model 2. How quickly do these laptops age? 3. Does the 3070 make THAT much of a difference?
