heyho, ive got an issue that i was not able to solve by my own

with the help of Mahardhi i was able to specify the issue

the issue: my dGPU is limited to 80watts instead of 100. Mahardhi suggested uninstalling armoury crate (AC), which i did using the official AC uninstaller. after that the "GPU-PPT-Limit" was increased from 80 to 100 according to hwinfo. the gpu was able to pull 100 watts while running furmark after the uninstall. before the uninstall it was 80 no matter if i set it on silent or turbo.

after reinstalling AC again and NOT enabling the "ultimate" mode hw info shows 100watt as maximum gpu power limit. however, i was no longer able to hit it with the help of furmark. max was around 75. enabling "ultmate" mode and rebooting limited the max gpu tdp again to 80 which i was able to reach using furmark.

WHAT THE ACTUAL FUCK

if i want the full power of the dedicated 6700 i have to uninstall AC? wtf is this. no matter what i set in the AC it wont let the gpu use its full potential of 100w

please, anyone... i need an idea.

all the data i mention was gathered using the most recent hwinfo on most recent win11 also most recent driver, most recent AC and so on. the behaviour can be replicated anytime.
