Extreme Power Saving Mode All The Time

Hi Friends,
So I have noticed that after an update my armoury crate always says I am in "extreme power saving mode" and does not give me any performance metrics on my GPU, even when I am in ultimate.
Does anyone know if this is just a glitch or if my GPU is not actually running? I have played games on it just fine since so I assume my GPU is on, just wanted to see if anyone had any information on this. And on how to fix it!
