2060 MAX Q Screen flickering

Playing Horizon zero dawn without an external monitor and my G14's screen is flickering when playing it. I've tried just about every setting in game I could possibly try,but it still flickers. I don't have this problem on other games,so not too sure why its doing it on this one. Any help would be really appreciated
