I’m about to go to Best Buy to exchange a G14 for the second time in the last 2 days. First one, the display would turn off and not come back on when unplugging or plugging in the laptop, or just on boot into windows. (Isolated to when the refresh rate is changed on the machine. Sometimes it just doesn’t recover from changing it and a forced restart is required) this same thing happened on the one I exchanged it for, realized this didn’t start happening until after updating some “throttle gear” or something like that ARMOURY driver update. Decided to deal with it until a new driver update comes. But, suddenly the Bluetooth stopped working, so I updated the Wifi/Bluetooth drivers. Now neither Bluetooth nor Wifi work, even after a clean install of windows and manual driver updates.

The one that we originally bought for my wife works perfectly, albeit she didn’t update the the throttle gear (something like that) driver. I’m frustrated. But when this laptop has worked, it’s been the best laptop I’ve ever used.
