Slow speeds on right-side type C port

I have a Samsung T7 portable SSD

Speeds for left-side type c port

left port

Speeds for right side type c port

right port

Windows is also telling me that it is not operating at USB 3 speeds when connected to right-side port

Does anyone know what is up with this? Also, I am on the latest build of Windows 11 Beta channel

[Fixed]

Disabling this device in device manager fixes the usb speed issue
