Spilled Liquid On Keyboard, Headphone Jack Sounds Distorted?

Hey guys, unfortunately i knocked over a beer onto my keyboard while playing a game last night. Not much spilled and I quickly cleaned it off, everything seems to be functioning fine except for my headphone jack. the audio in my headset/whatever i plug into the jack sounds super distorted. Is there anyway I could fix this? Did this cause headphone jack to short circuit? Thank you for any replies in advance.
