Successfully completed 9 weeks of zepbound journey, first month on 2.5 and now on 5mg , doctor advised to continue on 5 for one more month. While 2.5 is seamless and no side effects, 5 mg is a wild ride, nausea, burps, diarrhea for first three days, better now on 5th dose… hopefully it improves
I also do one meal a day, somehow the sweet tooth still continues but quantity is extremely controllable
