Moving on up!

Started my 2.5 at the beginning of this month and so far 10 pounds down and moving up to the 5mg next month.
So far I still have food noises ALOT! But I am filling fuller and just over all eating better. So looking forward to seeing where 5 takes me. Feel free to leave advice or any questions.
