My mind playing tricks on me or what ??

Took my first shot of zepbound yesterday 2.5 mg to be exact in the stomach. Hours later sides of stomach are super sore. Also want I wasn’t hungry at all last night last time I ate was 3pm yesterday and it’s currently 10am and I’m still not hungry lol. Does it work that fast or is my mind just playing games on me ? 😂
