Starting back on Zep…anyone?

I was on Mounjaro for 13 months and lost 60 pounds. I had to stop after the change to Zep being put on the market and insurance would not give me a PA. I had a couple of months of not taking anything, followed by a few months on Wegovy. I did not lose on Wegovy, only gained. But now my insurance is covering Zep at 100% and I can pick up my 2.5 on Friday. Has anyone else started back on Zep after a break? If so, did you lose weight? Was it a similar experience to the first time you took it, as far as side effects and weight loss?
