Iโm about to start zepbound at 2.5 mg/ml. Previously, I was fortunate enough to try mounjaro for a few months - started at 2.5 mg/ml and basically every month I increased it to the next highest dose (in general my body tolerated the increases). I would say at some point in the middle my weight loss stalled until I increased the dose the following month (maybe I was building muscle at the time idk). Anyways, I made it up to I think 10 or 12.5 mg/ml and then I stopped because of a shortage.
A thought occurred to me- if I saw a weight loss stall at letโs say 7.5mg/ml but I had lost weight when I was at the 5 mg/ml or 10 mg/ml - why not just be at those doses for longer instead of ramping up if Iโm still seeing the benefits (appetite suppression).
I know in the clinical trials they escalate up to the max dose but has anyone ever played around with it?
