Comparing these two dac/amps (SMSL and SPL products)?

Looking to buy amp and dacs for my computer setup. I'm torn between the SMSL SU-8 and SMSL SP200 combo, and an SPL Phonitor One D. Which is better? The Phonitor looks good because it's all in one and looks pretty sleek too since I won't be needing to space 2 devices on my desktop for the SMSL. I'll also be connecting these to my active speakers (adam T5V). The headphone I'll connect these with will be my hifiman he-400 and in the future maybe an audeze lcd-x. Which choice should I pick? Thanks in advance.
