Should I get the Darkvoice 336SE?

Drop has just put on the Darkvoice 336SE and I am on the fence about pulling the trigger. I've heard about the issues with smoke and other safety concerns. I would also have to put in extra money for tubes, I'm just not sure whether I should buy the darkvoice or save up for the Woo Audio WA6.
