Master Duel, Invoked Shaddoll improvements and possible Dogmatika splash?

Been playing Master Duel, and I've made it to Gold, but I was wondering how to improve my current deck, and if Dogmatika is worth splashing in and how they even work.
Open to any suggestions. Not sure what I should and shouldn't be running in this. Is it worth running Maxx C when Winda is such a big part of the deck?
