Long story short, I went to my local game shop and asked for the cards from my decklist. They said that almost 90% of them are not available. I need to build the deck as soon as possible, but when I tried doing that online, the delivery prices were insane (to Europe). Especially on TCG Player and Troll n Toad / Card Market.

I would like to ask if someone can do a custom deck build if I provide a deck list and a budget.

I'm looking to spend around $300-350-ish max (my budget changed from $250 since the online prices are ridiculous; plus most cards are out of stock).
