Casting Playlist won’t advance to user uploaded song - anyone want to test this bug?
Post Body

So I have been investigating a bug with YTM customer service and I am wondering if anyone else is having this issue.

I have a YouTube Premium subscription (solely for the music service - which used to be GPM and we all miss it soooooo much!!)

I have a playlist with user uploaded content. When I play the list through a Google Home Speaker (whether I start the playlist by voice command or through my mobile device) it will play the first song, then stop.

To troubleshoot I created a playlist called “testing” and added one user uploaded song, and one streaming song. I then cast the music to a Google Speaker.

Scenario A: When I start the playlist on shuffle and the streaming song plays first, it will NOT auto advance to the next song (a user uploaded song).

Scenario is B: When I start the playlist on shuffle and the USER UPLOADED song plays first, it WILL auto advance to the next song (a streaming song).

I am curious if anyone else has noticed this issue, and even if you haven’t, if you would mind testing this for me to see if it is a bug specific to my household (it happens on my family’s accounts as well). I am trying to find a solution and so far I can’t :(

My next step is going to be to go back to Spotify. [Just realized I can connect my Google Home speakers to Apple Music so I just might go that route - and we have a free Apple Music subscription through our cell phone provider]. We desperately need a music service that allows us to stream music AND play use uploaded content... right now this bug with YTM is making it tempting to jump ship.
