Is this really a "yearly" review playlist? Or monthly?

I am disappointed that YTM stated it is a yearly review playlist but it seems that it is just a monthly (?) review playlist. The screenshots were taken one month apart. I listened to the first review playlist for quite a time then it disappeared for weeks. Then after another month (today), another playlist was created. Also, I haven't received the supposedly announced wrapped-up feature in an email pinned in this sub since it was posted.
I left Spotify a year ago for YTM since there are some underground tracks exclusive in yt but I am missing the fun on some of the features :( . And now Spotify users can access cool AI features of pudding.cool. Migrating to YTM is one of my regrets in 2020.
