I contacted support because my account was telling me I was at my device downloads limit, even though I knew I hadn't downloaded videos or music on anything close to 10 devices. I requested that they revoke all devices so I could start fresh. This was the support rep's response. When I pointed out that they were giving my instructions for a platform Google had foolishly killed years ago, they finally acquiesced to my request.
I don't blame the rep, because I'm confident this is a combination of non-existent training and Google never bothering to update their script, but it's shameful for a trillion dollar company to allow their support to be this bad.
