New Relase and Discover Mix Issues + Playlist Ending

Sorry if this has been posted - I did a site:reddit.com youtube music discover | last one week and couldn't see anything.
I'm having issues with the weekly playlists - basically, the New Release and Discover mixes seem to keep refreshing every time I re-open them and don't really seem to line up. This is happening in browser and phone. On top of that, when I play the playlist it ends partway through the list and doesn't load the existing tracks.
This seems to only be in the last week or two.
