They sent me the shipping email on June 16th. The first tracking update didn’t happen until June 24th, and from that day, there has been no change in tracking at all. This is the first YouTooz I have ever bought, and I imagine will be the only one, but if this is "normal," no other retailer would get away with this. Anyone else, even an eBay seller, would have resent a new item by now. I have sent two emails to the site, one as a reply to the shipping email (which is says you can), and one from the customer service link on the web site. I have gotten no reply. Anyone know what I can do about this?
