The Baseball killed Adam

The baseball made its way from the car at the very beginning in Eugene's possession. Michael sold the baseball for Eugene and passed along the money... Which was in turn used to buy the gun that shoots at a 45 degree angle, hitting Ad when Eugene was clearly aiming at Carlo.
Had the Judge gotten more money for the baseball, Eugene would have been able to buy a decent gun and Adam would be alive.
Michael killed Adam with the baseball. /S
