Traveling with a good buddy and our hotel room bathroom is a clear glass window from the bedroom - is it weird if I jerk off in the shower?

We’re going to be with each other for a bit and there aren’t really any private places to jerk off. We both have talked about having to jerk off 1-2x a day. But there aren’t really spots to get off. Should I tell him I’m going to jerk in the shower and make sure it’s ok or should I just do it? We both are chill showering in front of each other but not sure what he’ll say about jerking off in the same room. Or maybe I do it under the sheets when he’s asleep? What would you do?
