So I've had a channel for about 12 years. I havent posted anything in ages. I was posting regularly about 6 years ago. I only got to about 300ish subscribers. I've been thinking about starting to make videos on the side once more.
I saw that YT has lowered their monetization requirements. I know back when I was posting content I was reaching the current number of watch hours required. I saw now, that it's 500 subscribers instead of the dreaded 1000?
Once someone would get monetized, what do they make as far as pay? I know it isn't a lot, but I'd love to get an idea of what each video makes.
The market I'm in, would potentially let me post numerous videos a week. I'm trying to set up deals with local race tracks, basically posting highlights and other racing content every week. Anyway, I would love to hear any good/bad things and would definitely love to hear from anyone who has had their channels monetized.
