Why YSK. Cash, 12% 50 cents. Gift card, no charge at all, and usually, there are cards for the grocery store you are in. I use it for Amazon cards

Yes, there are some banks that have a changer counter in them they usually require you to be a member.
Most banks will not accept loose change over a certain amount. So you do have to roll them, which a lot of people simply never get around to doing.
And it does, in fact, say this on the screen, but most people miss it. Since I primarily use my saved change to buy myself something silly on Amazon, I have been asked by a lot of people, "But what about the fee?"
I don't know why it auto corrected to cornstar.
