Blythe is such a judgy pretentious bitch and after like 3 rewatches I still can't get enough of her. Every scene she's in makes my blood boil and for some inexplicable reason I need more. I swear I was hoping she'd have somehow coincidentally also moved to LA in season 2 just so she could be blasé and follow Ellie home from school to criticize her taste in film. I swear I'd watch a Blythe spin-off. There's always season 3.

Y'know what now that I think about it, everyone in season 1 is a judgy pretentious bitch, Blythe is honestly just less backhanded about it. Also she got quite a bit more likable with Ethan they were really cute together. Plus she did seem to end up being a genuine friend to Beck. Turns out I don't like Blythe in spite of my hatred of her but I somehow feel both things equally.
