Going in mid-September for two days. Help!

Post Body

I've got a few extra days while in CA this September. My plan is to fly into Fresno or Sacramento and drive to the park. Stay on Wednesday and Thursday nights, leaving Friday to head back up to Sac. Not sure if I should plan the whole 2.5 days to be spent in the park or if I should also try to venture down to Sequoia. Since I'm flying I'll only have a light backpack, so I won't be able to do much off the beaten path. I will have access to a car.

So my three biggest questions:

  1. Do I stay in Curry Village for 2 nights? There is a tent available.
  2. Must sees while there?
  3. Do I cram in Sequoia or not?
