Does anyone else on PS4 have trouble with the third mushroom seed in Moodymaze Marsh?

Yooka won’t lick the seed, and I don’t understand why.
Update: Lizard Lash won’t work either… anyone else having this issue?
Update: After saving and quitting, everything worked
