Should i play Yone?

Hello everyone, i absolutely hate playing against Yone as they're always better than me, however he has always looked really fun to play and while i tend to shy away from the ''overrated'' champs, i would certainly love to play him. I also witnessed his upcoming skin and i must say its beauty has allured me into wanting to play Yone.
My current Mid main is Anivia but i'm perfectly willing to learn the champion. Should i pick up Yone?
