Slingshot R5 vs Skyward Harp R1

I just got Yoimiya a few days ago and I am having trouble choosing a weapon for her. I don't have rust, and on KeqingMains - R5 slingshot is rated higher than R1 Skyward Harp. Is this really true and should I really use Slingshot on her versus Skyward Harp?
If this helps, I plan on using her with Yun Jin (C3), Xingqiu, and Thoma as a shielder.
