I’ve been doing yoga in front of my tv since the pandemic began to help with stress and it’s super helpful for me. I’ve never been to a real yoga class but I want to start and have some anxiety about it.
I had a gf once who went to yoga classes who showered before classes.
Is it good etiquette to shower before a class?
