Obscure but extremely powerful pranayama

Figured I'd share this book since it's quite obscure and has been incredibly beneficial to my practice:

It has a great pranayama routine followed by a short routine to simultaneously benefit mobility, the nervous system, tendons, muscles, nervous and lympathic system for the entire body.

Exercise caution, some of the breath exercises are very potent.
