Congrats to everyone finding smoking deals, but maybe we should start a separate thread for them instead of the same “TJ Maxx find!” post several times a week? Or maybe use the commerce thread (if it’s deemed applicable by the mods)?

seems like if the point is to inform yeti fans of the opportunities out there, it would be good to house all that info in one place/thread for easy reference. New posts don’t indicate helpful information or show general excitement for yeti products - they kind of come across as boasting “look how little I paid for this thing you all love” instead, and that feels atypical of the vibe i’ve grown accustomed to in this sub.

If it’s just me I’ll shut up - not trying to be a wet blanket or express displeasure with those posting the deals, just feels very redundant seeing such similar posts so regularly (see “exhibit A”, photo).

i also withdrawal my reservations if anyone has information indicating this to be a temporary situation (ie If TJ maxx won’t have yeti in 3 months, I’m sure I can put up with it in the meantime. I just worry this is going to be a long-term thing).

otherwise this is one of my favorite subs!
