HOW FAR “IN THE WOODS”TIMELINE, WILL SEASON 1 TAKE US?

So the girls were in the woods for 18 months. How long have they been in so far? Seems like it couldn’t be much more than 4-5 months. Feels more like 3 months to me.
I wonder at what point in the past survival scenes do they eat the girl who fell in the pit?
What point do you think Season 1 will leave us with the surviving girls in the woods?
