Idk if it’s the actresses amazing job at portraying her, or what. But from the start I’ve gotten such a crappy vibe from Shauna. When we see her younger and when she is older.
It’s as if she has no remorse for anyone, but if something personally happens to her, all hell breaks loose.
Or if she isn’t the center of attention she doesn’t care. Like when she thought Jeff was cheating but then when it turns out he was JUST blackmailing them, well that’s okay. Any times the other girls are arguing or talking she is constantly rolling her eyes or making them feel like they are being dramatic (meeting before the latest hunt)
And I feel like this comes from a “Single White female” vibe or a “Black Swan” thing. But this is why she slept with Jeff, she even tells him not to finish in her but I feel like she really wanted it because she then would be Jackie. She says she plans on going to school when she and Jackie argue and then ultimately stays home and lives the life Jackie probably would have had. And look on her face when Nat is the new leader. And since we haven’t seen much of the girls before the crash, her and Jackie’s relationship could have been way more toxic than we thought.
