If it ever came out that they committed murder, could it be possible that search efforts finishing the remains could find the box that Misty destroyed so they wouldn’t get rescued and could continue to enjoy the attention and relationships she has created for knowing so much survival facts. If they found the box, they could determine that it was destroyed by someone smashing it over and over. With all of the girls coming back into her life and her helping them all, she could easily think she can tell the girls the truth. Or let it slip, and with them finding out, they could pin everything in her. If she were the prime suspect, officials would be able to find her hostage basement and probably all of the damn syringes she has been using to currently murder people.

So I wonder if the series will end with all other survivors walking free and Misty being charged with everything.
