Pzzang has been doing BotRK -> Triforce in his games, I really don't like BotRK so I found a different solution.
I have been going Fleet Footwork -> Triforce -> Stormrazor in my games. I am 5-1 with it so far, but that sample size is a bit too small to really mean anything. From just the stats I get at the end of the game it actually works pretty well and I quite like it. Triforce ends up doing over 3k damage most games, Stormrazor is a very useful slow that procs very frequently as Yasuo stacks FF in 2-3 seconds, and Fleet Footwork gets me usually over 4k healing in a game.
The strengths of the build: You are much more mobile, you can kite much better with the Stormrazor slow, the Fleet Footwork MS boost, and the Triforce MS boost.
Laning with Fleet Footwork is extremely safe. Against ranged champions you can really just trade as much as you want and Fleet Footwork will do sustain you quite a lot. In some melee matchups as well you rarely lose trades if you have it.
You scale harder into the late game, Triforce scales extremely well due to the spellblade passive scaling off of 200% base AD, and the Threefold strike passive gives more AD with levels due to it giving a % of your base AD as extra AD.
More open itemization. Shieldbow locks you out of buying Maw into certain matchups where it would be extremely helpful, and sometimes I go Sterakks if they have a lot of burst.
Weaknesses of the build: Against fat bruisers like Hecarim, Udyr, Darius, Aatrox I probably would not go this build. You cannot really out sustain the bruisers with this build unless you go Bloodthirster, which is not a bad option. Even then, this build does help you kite so it could help.
Everyone knows the monstrous ISB IE powerspike, it is what Yasuo is known for. Your 2 item powerspike is noticeably weaker with this build, but in return you get a stronger late game.
If you want to lose some games, give this build a try.
